Previously, we were often asked, “What’s your cancellation policy?” to which we would reply, “there isn’t one, if you cancel we refund your payment.
We want to make your rental experience and holiday as stress free as possible, so we thought we should create a cancellation policy to avoid any confusion.
If you notify us that you wish to cancel your vehicle rental booking prior to and including the start date of the rental, we will refund any payment already made by you. If you cancel during the rental period, we will refund any full unused days rental.
Should you wish to cancel, all we ask is that you notify us as soon as you become aware.
Please note that, while extremely rare, we may cancel a booking at anytime if we feel it is unsafe for you to use the vehicle. Examples of this scenario might include, but not limited to, snow covered roads, extreme wind, or if you are not confident in the use of the vehicle. If we cancel your rental, we refund any full days already paid by you.
